We understand that there may be various
reasons for needing to cancel a locum who is scheduled to work.
To cancel a shift, follow these steps in your
app:
- Select the shift.
- Click on the three dots next to the shift details.
- Choose 'Remove Shift.'
The locum will be automatically notified of
the cancellation. We recommend messaging the locum via the chat function to
inform them of the cancellation before proceeding.
Cancelling shifts within 72-hours of the shift start time:
You will not be able to remove a shift if it has a locum assigned and the shift is due to start within 72-hours. Please contact our Support Team at support@locumate.com.au to assist you with completing the cancellation. A cancellation fee will apply for any shifts cancelled within this period.
