Urgent Shift Cancellation Fee
Cancelling shifts within 72-hours of the shift start time:
You will not be able to remove a shift if it has a locum assigned and the shift is due to start within 72-hours. Please contact our Support Team at support@locumate.com.au to assist you with completing the cancellation.
Please be aware that cancelling a shift within this timeframe will incur a cancellation fee. The fee includes 50% of the total shift amount, which will be paid to the locum, as well as the Locumate service fee.
