For Shifts More Than 30 Days Away:
- Open the Locumate app: Log in using your locum credentials.
- Access your calendar: Tap the calendar icon to view your upcoming shifts.
- Select the month: Navigate to the relevant month in the calendar to locate the shift you wish to cancel.
- Find the specific shift: Identify the pharmacy job you accepted for the date in question.
- Click the three-dot icon: Next to the job shift, you'll see a three-dot icon. Click on this icon to access additional options.
- Remove yourself from the shift: Select the option to remove yourself from the shift.
For Shifts Within 30 Days:
If your shift is scheduled within the next 30 days, you will need to contact Locumate support to request a cancellation.
- Email Locumate support: Send an email to support@locumate.com.au with your cancellation request. Be sure to include the following details:
- Your full name and contact information.
- The date and time of the shift you wish to cancel.
- The pharmacy location
Locumate Support Team will review your request and confirm the cancellation via email.
