Q: What details do I need to complete my profile verification?

A: To finalise your profile verification, please ensure you provide the following information:

  • Name

  • Date of Birth

  • ABN Details

  • Billing Details

  • Superannuation Details, including your tax file number

  • AHPRA Number

  • Address Details

  • Insurance Documents (Certificate of Currency)

  • Photo ID


Q: How do I update my details?

A: Follow these steps to update your profile:

  1. Log in to your Locumate account.

  2. Click the profile icon.

  3. Select ‘Account’ and update your details.

  4. Save your changes.


Q: What happens if I don’t complete the verification process?

A: Your account will remain inactive until all verification details are provided. Once you have updated your information, please notify us, and we will promptly activate your profile.
