How to Message a Locum

We recognise the importance of providing key information to locums once they have been booked, especially regarding details they need to be aware of for their upcoming shifts. The 'Chat' function enables you to communicate directly with the locum.

Once a locum has accepted a shift, you can communicate directly with them to discuss any shift details or provide important updates.

To send a message to a locum, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Locumate Pharmacy profile.
  2. Locate and click on the shift for which the locum has been booked.
  3. In the shift details, click on the locum's profile picture.
  4. A popup will appear with an option to 'Chat'. Click on this to open a messaging window where you can communicate directly with the locum.

This feature allows for seamless communication and ensures both parties have all the necessary details before the shift begins.
