Procedure for amending shift details after locum accepts shifts

If a locum has accepted a shift but you need to amend some details (such as the start or finish time), follow these steps:

1.      Contact the Locum: Use the app's chat function to reach out to the locum and confirm if they are still able to work based on the new requirements.

2.      Confirm Agreement: If the locum agrees to the amended details, notify the Locumate Support Team at support@locumate.com.au so we can update the information accordingly.

3.      Inability to Work: If the locum cannot work based on the updated requirements, we will assist in cancelling the shift for you.

4.      Support Assistance: If you are unable to contact the locum via the chat function, please reach out to the Locumate Support Team directly, and we will make the necessary arrangements on your behalf.
