How to Sign Up as a Job Seeker 'Shift Work (inc FT/PT)' Profiles

Once you’ve created your profile, you’ll gain access to a variety of opportunities tailored to your needs, including locum shifts and full-time or part-time roles. Follow the steps below to get started.

 

Steps to Sign Up

  1. Visit the Website

  1. Start Your Registration

  • Enter your email address and select ‘Continue.’

  1. Choose Your Professional Role

  • Select ‘Pharmacy Professional’ and then click ‘Continue.’

  1. Select Your Role Type

  • Choose your role from the following options:

  • Pharmacist

  • Dispensary Technician

  • Student/Intern

  • Retail Staff

  • After selecting your role, click ‘Continue.’

  1. Choose Your Work Preference

  • Decide whether you’d like to view only full-time/part-time jobs or both job roles and locum shifts:

  • Select ‘Full-Time (FT)/Part-Time (PT)’ to view only permanent jobs.

  • Select ‘Shift Work (inc FT/PT)’ to access both locum shifts and permanent roles.

  • Click ‘Continue’ after making your selection.

           6.      Set Your Password

  • Create a secure password and select ‘Continue.’

  1. Verify Your Email

  • You’ll receive an email with a verification code. Enter the code in the designated field.

  1. Verify Your Mobile Number

  • Provide your mobile number. A code will be sent to your phone, which you’ll need to enter for verification.

  1. Complete Your Profile

  • Provide the following details:

-          First and Last Name

-          Preferred Name

-          Date of Birth

-          Gender

-          AHPRA Number and Expiry

-          Address

-          Business Details including ABN

-          Bank and Superannuation Details

-          GST Status

-          Travel Requirements

-          ID Documents

-          Insurance Documents

-          Resume Upload

-          Years of Experience and Role Seeking

-          Dispensing Software Experience

-          Certificates Held

-          Availability

-          Minimum/Maximum Hourly Rate

-          Travel Preferences

-          Vaccination Capability

  1. Await Verification

  • Your profile will now undergo verification. You’ll receive an email notification once it’s approved.


Once verified, you’ll have access to browse both locum shifts and permanent job opportunities.
