How to accept or decline a Job offer

If you have been offered a job following your application, you will receive a notification through the Locumate app as well as an email from the pharmacy.

To respond to the job offer:

  1. Review the Offer
    Carefully read through the job details provided, including the role specifics, location, pay rate, and any other relevant information.

  2. Communicate Your Decision

    • If you wish to accept the job, reply to the email from the pharmacy or use the contact information provided to confirm your acceptance.
    • If you choose to decline the job, notify the pharmacy in a courteous and timely manner by responding to the email or contacting them directly.
  3. Confirm the Next Steps
    After accepting, confirm any additional steps required, such as providing documentation or setting up an initial meeting directly with the pharmacy.

Prompt communication ensures clarity and professionalism, helping to maintain a positive relationship with the pharmacy regardless of your decision.
