How to mark a Job as externally filled

If a job listing has been filled outside the Locumate platform, you can mark it as externally filled. This process ensures the job is no longer visible to applicants and job seekers while maintaining accurate records of its status.

  1. Log in to Your Locumate Profile
  2. Go to the Job Board
    Click the ‘Job Board’ icon at the bottom of the page to view all active job listings.
  3. Locate the Job Listing
    Find the specific job that has been filled externally. Click the three dots located on the right-hand side of the job listing.
  4. Select ‘Externally Filled’ from the pop-up menu to update the job status.
  5. Confirm your action
    A confirmation prompt will appear. Select ‘Close Job’ to complete the process.

The job listing will now be marked as externally filled and will no longer be visible to applicants or job seekers. This helps keep your job board updated and prevents further applications.
